THE STOREFRONT
These terms apply when you browse or place an order through the KROME-01 storefront. KROME-01 is also presented under the MONOKROME name and is based in Accra, Ghana.
By using the storefront, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information during checkout.
PRODUCT AND PRICE
Product details, available variants and the current price are shown before purchase. Images are intended to represent the product as closely as possible, but display settings may affect appearance.
Where a discount is active, the original price, discount percentage and payable total are shown before payment. The final amount is calculated by the order system and confirmed again with the payment provider.
An order is subject to availability and payment confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, no completed payment should be treated as final without confirmation from the payment and order systems.
DELIVERY
The current estimated delivery window is 3-7 days within Accra and 7-14 days outside Accra. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Accurate phone, location, landmark and GhanaPost GPS details help prevent delays.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods are presented at checkout and payment is processed by an independent payment provider. Payment information is handled under that provider's own terms and privacy practices. A return to the storefront does not by itself prove payment; the order is confirmed only after the server verifies the transaction status, amount and currency.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you need to cancel or return an order, contact KROME-01 promptly with the order details. Eligibility depends on the product condition, order status and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under Ghanaian consumer law.
USE AND AVAILABILITY
Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its security, copy its campaign assets without permission or attempt to place fraudulent orders. Access may be limited where necessary to protect customers, the brand or the service.
The storefront may change as products, delivery coverage and payment services evolve. The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that transaction.
